About the Role

Fateh Transport is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining our filing systems.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure our office is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Record Keeping: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
