About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at S M S Logistics Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
