About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Sunrise Freight Systems Inc. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing inventory, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the team, including preparing reports, maintaining databases, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
