* Managing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
* Coordinating appointments and scheduling
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role. They will be proficient in English and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
