About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Kansas Enterprises (Franchises) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Team Members

Provide guidance and support to other workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Establish Office Procedures

Determine and implement efficient office routines and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.

Recruitment and Scheduling

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and schedule appointments with clients and stakeholders.

Customer Service and Communication

Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative Support

Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and maintain accurate records.

Inventory Management and Payroll Administration

Order office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and oversee payroll administration to ensure seamless operations.

Project Coordination and Evaluation

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Operational Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role

Language

English

Work Hours

40 hours per week
