Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the flow of information within the team
  • Oversee and manage daily office operations
  • Assess and improve daily processes
  • Handle incoming mail and distribute materials accordingly
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks effectively
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Establish and maintain office routines
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling
  • Manage phone calls and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner
  • Compile and analyze data and statistics
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory management
  • Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Proofread and prepare documents
  • Assist in marketing communications
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
