High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Project Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract with a possibility of extension. This role will involve a hybrid work setting, with a mix of on-site and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Manage enterprise-level HRIS projects, preferably SAP Employee Central, Onboarding, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Execute project processes and deliverables.
    • Set up project schedule and tasks in Service Now PPM.
    • Complete bi-weekly status report in Service Now PPM.
    • Provide project updates at the IT-PPM meeting.
    • Assemble all project documentation in Teams/SharePoint Online with links to the project in Service Now PPM.
    • Assemble and review all necessary project closeout information and prepare a project closure report.
  • Requirements:
    • Excellent understanding of the IT environment regarding IT business services and application development environment and related technologies.
    • Ability to recognize symptoms that indicate problems and manage key stakeholder's perceived view / assessment of business risks appropriately.
    • Proficiency in using project management tools and technologies, including Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project Online, Visio and Service Now PPM.
    • Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
    • Confidence to seek feedback to enhance performance.
    • Highly motivated, passionate, persuasive, and capable of quickly establishing credibility in launching and managing projects.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English Language.
  • Education and Experience:
    • Minimum bachelor's degree in information technology and or Business-related disciplines.
    • Minimum of 7 years in a project management role managing highly visible projects.
    • Business Analysis and Organizational Change Management experience are assets.
    • 7-10 years in an IT or business-related functional role.
    • PMP certification preferred.
    • Large HRIS implementation project experience such as SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM or Workday HCM is an asset.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
