Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support the Regional Vice-President (RVP) at RBC Royal Trust. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing special projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of the regional office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all administrative duties for the RVP, including calendar management, meeting organization, and expense tracking
  • Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and car rentals
  • Act as the office manager for RBC Royal Trust in Eastern Canada
  • Coordinate team onboarding and training schedules
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents to support national and team initiatives
  • Plan and execute regional team meetings
  • Stay up-to-date with the regional calendar of activity
  • Prepare various forms of communication as required by the RVP
  • Assist with other general administrative duties
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in providing administrative support
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
  • Ability to work effectively with others and act as a professional business partner
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps
