Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at TAMMY LEE HANLON DESJARDINS. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone calls and relay messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics, and other information. Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Travel and Logistics: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents. Perform data entry. Provide customer service.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
