About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP's BTP portfolio and industry trends to articulate the value proposition to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new accounts, leveraging your expertise in database, data management, analytics, and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with support resources to maximize SAP BTP revenue and drive innovation within client accounts.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, forecasting sales performance, and successfully closing new business deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and territory/account development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Teradata, Informatica, MapR, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudera, Hortonworks, or other associated data management technology.
  • Ability to forecast and manage sales cycles, and successfully close new business deals.
  • Proven problem-resolution, communication, planning & organizing, and execution skills.
  • Business development, prospecting, and presentation skills.
