Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Provide expert advice on commercial insurance solutions to clients
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
- Level 2 Insurance Agent designation
- 7+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in commercial insurance
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
