About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at SAP. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, sell, and close new business to existing and net new customers.
  • Develop and execute account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and leverage them to drive strategy through the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing value through counsel, expertise, and solutions.
  • Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points.
  • Utilize value engineering, benchmarking, and ROI data to support customer decision-making.
  • Collaborate with support organizations, including marketing, inside sales, partners, and channels, to drive pipeline growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and issues impacting customers and prospects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions.
  • Proven track record in business application software sales.
  • Experience in lead role of a team-selling environment.
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
  • Business-level English: Fluent.
  • Local language: Fluent, Business Level.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
