Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at CMB Insurance Brokers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong book of business, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial insurance solutions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining a strong book of business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • CIP or CAIB designation or equivalent
  • Experience with Acturis, Microsoft Office Suite, or comparable computer systems
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
