Position Overview:
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Client Engagement Specialist who will focus on cultivating and sustaining robust client relationships through effective communication, conflict management, follow-up interactions, and identifying service upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to draw in new clientele.
- Act as the main contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring prompt resolutions and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Address sales objections and successfully close deals.
- Provide clients with precise and timely information regarding our services, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure client satisfaction through rigorous quality assurance and control measures.
- Manage complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Engage with clients through various communication channels including text, chat, email, and phone calls.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, account management, or a similar field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in telemarketing, cold-calling, and generating new client leads.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer service orientation with a background in sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Familiarity with immigration, education, or settlement services is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining fruitful client relationships, preferably within the immigration sector.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, exhibiting a high level of accountability and integrity.
