TealBook Inc. is seeking a Supplier Engagement Specialist to facilitate enriching and impactful interactions for our customers' suppliers utilizing our Supplier Intelligence Platform. In this pivotal role, you will assist suppliers in realizing their objectives by harnessing TealBook's data and technology. Your strong background in customer relations will enable you to collaborate effectively with suppliers, ultimately fostering advocates for the TealBook product and brand.

As a vital member of the Customer Experience Team, the Supplier Engagement Specialist will partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to provide a cohesive and integrated experience for our clientele. This position involves working alongside CSMs to comprehend customer objectives, strategize on supplier engagement, and deliver holistic solutions.

Your Contributions Will Include:
  • Overseeing a comprehensive portfolio of supplier service offerings, including Tier 2 Diversity, EIA, and Managed Supplier Outreach Programs for designated TealBook clients.
  • Engaging with clients to ascertain their program goals, providing demonstrations to prospective customers that outline the offerings and value proposition of TealBook.
  • Evaluating customer suppliers to pinpoint target suppliers.
  • Maintaining communication resources and advising clients on industry best practices and trends.
  • Conducting group training webinars and personalized assistance calls to enhance participation in our Tier 2 Program.
  • Managing all supplier communications and aiding suppliers in meeting their customers' requirements.
  • Generating reports on program outcomes and presenting these findings to clients and executive leadership within customer organizations and internally.
  • Continuously identifying opportunities for enhancement to enrich our supplier service programs.
  • Acting as the supplier advocate and representative within TealBook.
Qualifications We Seek:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, ideally with a background in Diversity Reporting and familiarity with Tier 2 Diversity Spend collection practices.
Technical Proficiencies:
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to new tools, including the TealBook application and other cloud-based products.
  • Experience managing Tier 2 projects using Project Management tools such as ChurnZero and Salesforce.
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strategic thinker capable of developing project plans aligned with key customer objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various internal teams.
  • Competence in presenting to groups and executive leadership.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience in Supplier Outreach and Onboarding.
  • Familiarity with Supplier Diversity, particularly the Tier 2 process.
