The Role:
We are in search of Client Engagement Specialists to become part of our Vancouver HQ team. Our Client Engagement Specialists will cultivate a top-tier online experience for all customers. You will adopt an analytical approach to manage orders effectively, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates. Most importantly, you will provide outstanding customer service support, assisting customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries promptly through various communication channels (phone, emails, live chats).
- Updating and maintaining customer orders and information as they arise.
- Overseeing order processing to direct orders to the appropriate channels for shipping and handling.
- Developing and implementing new customer support initiatives and strategies to boost revenue and retain existing customers.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment or in the retail sector.
- Experience in E-Commerce, Customer Service, or Digital Sales.
- Fluency in French is an advantage.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Capability to meet deadlines and work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt to changes.
