Key Responsibilities

Oversee the comprehensive Managed Print Services operations for designated accounts, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments, revenue generation, and profit margins while fostering strong relationships with client stakeholders. Strive for optimal client satisfaction and the growth of Konica Minolta's presence to facilitate profitable revenue expansion. The Client Engagement Specialist will be responsible for nurturing the overall client relationship, prioritizing high customer satisfaction to promote client loyalty.

Your Role

  • Manage the output environment of assigned clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to develop and implement a strategic account plan that aligns with initiatives to expand Konica Minolta's footprint within the account, identifying new sales prospects and increasing business revenue.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to establish trusted advisor relationships with both operational and senior management contacts at the client.
  • Spot additional revenue opportunities for Konica Minolta solutions, including professional services, that surpass client expectations, ensuring high customer loyalty and retention.
  • Work with Konica Minolta Subject Matter Experts to anticipate client requirements and facilitate solution development.
  • Coordinate Konica Minolta resources, including sales and service teams, to align with client strategies that enhance relationships and credibility with client influencers and decision-makers.
  • Exhibit extensive knowledge of Konica Minolta's print fleet management capabilities alongside a thorough understanding of clients' business needs and priorities to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Perform job functions in accordance with established practices, adapting or enhancing procedures as necessary to meet client and business demands.
  • Develop continuous improvement plans and provide thought leadership for new ideas.
  • Achieve high scores in regional customer satisfaction assessments.
  • Consistently meet key success metrics within the Continuous Improvement Plan Process.
  • Represent Konica Minolta in alignment with corporate values and policies.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • University degree preferred or a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, and/or French (dependent on region); additional languages are advantageous.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across various locations.
  • Previous sales experience (B2B, B2C, inside sales, telemarketing) is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of business operations experience in an IT-related sector.
  • Significant experience in customer interaction at various management levels.
  • Experience delivering operations through technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and procedural background with relevant experience in providing professional services.
  • High energy level, capable of managing multiple projects alongside regular responsibilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets through self-motivation and determination.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work outside traditional business hours as needed to meet client or company requirements.
  • A valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a vehicle are necessary.
