KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing packing and shipping processes
  • Generating shipping documentation utilizing carrier-provided software
  • Understanding international shipping regulations and possessing hands-on experience with packing and shipping, including the use of vacuum sealers, palletizing, and strapping techniques.
  • Familiarity with UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL for both domestic and international shipments
  • Experience with AES direct is advantageous
  • Retrieving kits from the stockroom and executing inventory transactions, as well as assisting in the receiving and shipping processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Capability to lift heavy equipment
  • Proficient in reading, comprehending, and following written instructions
  • Ability to understand and adhere to verbal instructions
  • Compliance with strict ESD and cleanroom protocols is mandatory
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
