About the Role:

Lifemark is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. As a Physiotherapist at Lifemark, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, creating individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with our inter-professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
  • Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic
  • Supervise Physiotherapy students (as preferred)
  • Communicate with external stakeholders and client referral sources
  • Manage caseload in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists
  • 1-2+ years' experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
