About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Colchester. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
  • Registration in good standing with the Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Association.
  • Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
