About the Role

Xtreme Security Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Operations: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word to perform administrative tasks.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and maintain a high level of flexibility and organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
