About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Royal LePage Peaceland August Jian Realty. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and ensuring the accuracy of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
    • Establish work schedules and procedures
    • Examine and verify the accuracy of work
  • Training and Development
    • Identify workers' training needs
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews
    • Perform same duties as workers supervised
    • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Technical and Administrative
    • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
