Join Our Team as an Office Operations Coordinator
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Office Operations Coordinator at Exacta Interpreting Inc. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about facilitating the integration of diverse talent into the workforce.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of a college diploma or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year, but less than 2 years in a relevant field.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages appropriately.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.
- Facilitate staff consultations and grievance procedures.
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Draft and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
- Engage in recruitment and staffing processes.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Commitment to Inclusivity:
- Implement accessible recruitment practices to support individuals with disabilities.
- Assist newcomers and refugees in recognizing foreign credentials.
- Provide mentorship and networking opportunities for youth.
- Facilitate mentorship and networking for Veterans and candidates with military backgrounds.
