About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at YWI Alliance. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the management of our office, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Security Clearance: Must have a valid criminal record check.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week in an urban area.
