Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Office Management: Oversee the management of our office, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative problems and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our administrative team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Security Clearance: Must have a valid criminal record check.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week in an urban area.
