Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to streamline office operations
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
- Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor and evaluate administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Permanent full-time position
- 30 hours per week
- English language
