At Exacta Interpreting Inc, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Office Operations Coordinator to enhance our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about fostering inclusive work environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm meetings with stakeholders.
- Communication: Manage phone calls and relay important messages.
- Electronic Correspondence: Respond to inquiries via email and other digital platforms.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies.
- Staff Support: Organize consultations and grievance procedures for staff.
- Reception Duties: Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts.
- Documentation: Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
- Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process and related staffing activities.
- Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or a non-university diploma (1-2 years).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in: MS Office Suite.
- Inclusive Practices: Implement recruitment policies that support individuals with disabilities.
- Support for Newcomers: Assist newcomers and refugees in recognizing foreign credentials.
- Youth Engagement: Provide mentorship and networking opportunities for young professionals.
- Veteran Support: Facilitate mentorship and recruitment initiatives for Veterans.
- Indigenous Inclusion: Offer coaching and networking for Indigenous candidates.
- Age Diversity: Promote hiring practices that prevent age discrimination.
- Visible Minority Support: Uphold policies that discourage discrimination against visible minorities.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
