If you have a passion for logistics and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.", "h2": "Key Responsibilities", "ul": [{"li": "Coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments", "li": "Ensure the smooth operation of our logistics operations", "li": "Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize logistics operations", "li": "Oversee the operational logistics of the organization", "li": "Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization", "li": "Track and complete work orders", "li": "Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments", "li": "Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments", "li": "Perform routine clerical duties", "li": "Read blueprints, written specifications and production drawings", "li": "Prepare and submit reports", "li": "Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries", "li": "Ensure proper functioning of equipment", "li": "Maintain work records and logs", "li": "Monitor personnel workloads and locations", "li": "Organize warehouse and work areas", "li": "Perform general office duties", "li": "Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality", "li": "Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units", "li": "Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies", "li": "Compile worksheets and specifications of orders", "li": "Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner", "li": "Prepare and maintain progress and other reports", "li": "Project management", "li": "Provide customer service", "li": "Train workers in duties and policies", "li": "Arrange training for staff", "li": "Conduct performance reviews", "li": "Co-ordinate, assign and review work", "li": "Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies", "li": "Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems", "li": "Assist with maintenance of communications equipment", "li": "Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations", "li": "Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders", "li": "Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations", "li": "Follow-up on issues with work orders", "li": "Keep track of shipments", "li": "Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices", "li": "Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations", "li": "Maintain vehicle operator work records", "li": "Process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment", "li": "Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses", "li": "Respond to urgent calls from individual who find themselves in life threatening situation and who require assistance ", "li": "Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment", "li": "Organize and maintain inventory", "li": "Establish work schedules and procedures", "li": "Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization"], "h2": "Health Benefits", "ul": [{"li": "Health care plan"}, {"li": "Pension plan"}, {"li": "Free parking available"}], "h2": "Financial Benefits", "ul": [{"li": "Pension plan"}], "h2": "Other Benefits", "ul": [{"li": "Free parking available"}]}
