Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations at AA BUSINESS CONSULTANCY. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective communication within the organization.

Educational Background
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Work Environment
  • Private sector organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Manage and oversee contracts.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages efficiently.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Conduct administrative activities within the establishment.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative processes.
  • Assess and refine new administrative procedures.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Plan and coordinate office services including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Publisher, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office suite.
  • Experience with electronic mail and spreadsheet applications.
  • Knowledge of inventory control software.
Work Conditions
