Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to manage and enhance our administrative functions within the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic real estate setting, contributing to various administrative tasks that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and refine administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Review and assess new administrative procedures to ensure effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support personnel as needed.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage administrative activities within the organization.
  • Administer policies regarding the release of records in compliance with privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for essential office services including accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflicts and monitor performance effectively.
  • Manage payroll administration tasks.
Required Certifications
  • First Aid Certificate
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in accounting software and human resources software.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Familiarity with project management software.

Work Schedule

This is a permanent position requiring 40 to 45 hours of work per week, with English as the primary working language.
