Position Overview

The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office at Naan N Curry Restaurant LTD. This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail to manage various administrative tasks effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the establishment.
  • Oversee policies and procedures related to record management and compliance with privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory controls.
  • Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide training and support to staff members.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Address and resolve conflict situations as they arise.
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy.
  • Plan and manage budgetary expenditures.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
