Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
- Implement and assess new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
- Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
- Manage administrative functions of the organization.
- Oversee policies and procedures related to information access and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate office services including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain financial controls.
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports.
- Perform data entry tasks as required.
- Supervise and streamline office administrative operations.
- Address and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Monitor and evaluate operational systems.
