Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Naan N Curry Restaurant LTD. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage various administrative activities within the establishment.
  • Oversee policies and procedures regarding the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately.
  • Provide training to staff members.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Address and resolve conflict situations effectively.
  • Commission systems and components as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative processes.
  • Oversee payroll administration duties.
  • Plan and manage budget and expenditures efficiently.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Windows).
