Position Overview

The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's administrative functions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various tasks efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the restaurant.
  • Administer policies regarding the handling of records in compliance with privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including supplies, maintenance, and security.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately.
  • Provide training and support to staff members.
  • Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures within the office.
  • Address and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative systems and components.
  • Manage payroll administration effectively.
  • Plan and control budgetary expenditures.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with MS Windows operating systems.
