As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our real estate team by providing administrative support, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Communication
    • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
    • Coordinate and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Team Support

Requirements
  • Education

  • Experience

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
