Position Overview:

The Receptionist will play a crucial role in welcoming and assisting visitors, performing general office duties, and serving as the face and voice of our dealership. First impressions are essential, and your demeanor, knowledge, and willingness to assist will significantly impact our brand representation and ensure that our guests have a positive experience when engaging with our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by personally greeting each visitor
  • Support various administrative tasks, including document copying and scanning
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms and common areas
  • Professionally answer, forward, and screen incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Schedule customer appointments
  • Process accounts payable invoices, including reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding accounts
  • Execute additional accounting functions, duties, and projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in reception or administration, preferably in a dealership environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new technologies
  • Strong document creation and proofreading skills with a high level of proficiency in business correspondence
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, often under tight deadlines
