Position Overview:

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, managing general office responsibilities while embodying the welcoming presence of our dealership. Your professionalism, knowledge, and approachability are crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring that guests have a remarkable experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by personally greeting each visitor
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including document copying and scanning
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms and common areas
  • Professionally handle incoming phone calls, including answering, forwarding, and screening
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Schedule customer appointments efficiently
  • Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding accounts
  • Perform additional accounting tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in reception or administration, preferably in a dealership environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new technologies
  • Strong document creation and proofreading abilities, with a focus on business communications
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, often under tight deadlines
