Position Overview

The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of office activities within Vada Pav Mirchi Food Ltd. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure that established procedures are adhered to while meeting deadlines.
  • Administrative Activities: Execute various administrative functions to maintain the operational flow of the establishment.
  • Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Administrative Procedures Oversight: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflict situations that may arise within the office environment.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
