About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Khela Excavating Ltd. as an Executive Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Direct and supervise staff members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan, control, and manage budgets and expenditures to optimize financial performance.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and compliant work environment.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and schedule appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Analysis: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Senior Management Support: Provide advice and guidance to senior management on administrative matters.
  • Office Operations: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff members to support business growth.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment status.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
