Position Overview

Vada Pav Mirchi Food Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to manage various office functions and ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Administrative Activities: Carry out essential administrative tasks to support the establishment.
  • Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Procedure Oversight: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflict situations as they arise.
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
