The Head of Marketing Strategy at The Bridg Group of Companies will oversee the marketing division, which includes team members such as marketing coordinators, graphic designers, video editors, event planners, and communication specialists.
The ideal candidate will work closely with various divisions and executives to implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's visibility and expanding brand recognition.

Head of Marketing Strategy
Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute work plans with weekly and monthly objectives focused on content creation, channel consistency, and strategic communications.
- Direct the design and enhancement of the organization's website, ensuring it is visually appealing, accessible, and accurately reflects the brand's identity and mission, while collaborating with the team for timely updates.
- Supervise the management of the brand's digital footprint, encompassing the website, social media channels, and online reputation.
- Create and oversee the production of visual materials, including graphics, infographics, and multimedia content, to bolster communication efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team of up to 6 marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Ensure the marketing division complies with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment and meet established quotas.
- Monitor and report on marketing expenditures and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with sales and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Identify and create innovative channels and opportunities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Generate marketing analytics for management and executive review.
- Liaise with third-party companies to achieve high lead conversion rates from advertising efforts.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for at least 10 years.
- At least 5 years of experience with Meta Business Suite, HootSuite, or similar applications.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to convey ideas and procedures clearly and concisely.
- Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and a composed demeanor.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
- Must possess a vehicle and have full access at all times.
- Attendance at annual company and community events is mandatory.
