**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to assist in addressing current and future performance and results of the Company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources (internal and external) to identify issues, trends, and patterns to generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to drive revenue, growth, and change.
- Develop performance measures, metrics, and KPI's for evaluations and informed decision making.
- Develop models, forecasts, reports, and dashboards that provide insights into market dynamics, product placement, consumer behavior, trends, and sales opportunities for Conair's brands and categories.
- Collaborate with various business units including marketing, finance, and operations to understand business needs, initiatives, and support organizational/divisional goals.
- Conduct detailed analysis of e-commerce retailer results to generate actionable insights and drive incremental sales on retailer e-commerce platforms.
- Create professional reports and presentations for the Executive Team and internal business units, ensuring clear communication, strategic implications, and recommendations.
- Contribute to the support and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, campaigns, and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide analysis and insights that are validated, relevant to business needs, and viable.
- Identify and investigate opportunities to improve business processes and strategies.
- Support the annual and ongoing business planning process for brands, product categories, and overall business.
- Drive and champion the adoption of a data-driven, analytical, and business insights approach to business within the organization.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to understand consumer behavior and how Conair differentiates from its competitors in the market.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an analyst, business intelligence, or marketing role.
- Strong business knowledge and technical skills to advise, recommend, and convey information to the business for decision-making purposes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools; knowledge of SAP an asset.
