Job Summary
The Clerk IV – Booking Clerk plays a vital role in providing administrative support to staff and clients at Prairie Mountain Health. As an integral part of the Health Care Team, this role performs a range of duties that contribute to the smooth operation of the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare procedure schedules based on booking information and available resources.
- Utilize block booking guidelines to schedule physician procedures effectively.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels within the hospital and with external agencies.
- Promote positive public relations between the hospital, patients, families, and visitors.
- Recognize and respond to opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
