Company Overview:

In this role, you will engage in a variety of financial and administrative responsibilities that support the operations of the region. We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent computer proficiency and the capability to foster productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the processing of financial and administrative paperwork for regional initiatives
  • Deliver programmatic, financial, and administrative assistance
  • Manage client documentation and oversee case management
  • Prepare contracts and generate reports
  • Oversee office support and manage equipment/service agreements
  • Contribute to financial oversight and documentation management tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in clerical and administrative roles, including data entry and document preparation
  • Familiarity with Accounts Payable processes
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all assignments
  • Capability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Essential Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in Canada
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
  • Verification through Child Abuse Registry and Adult Abuse Registry Checks
