Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Brandon University. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, including preparing and disseminating information to stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

This is a temporary position, with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
