Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant IV – Booking Clerk will provide administrative support functions for all staff and clients who receive services from Prairie Mountain Health. This role is an integral part of the Health Care Team and performs duties in accordance with the Mission, Vision, Values, Policies and Procedures of Prairie Mountain Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing schedules for procedures based on booking information and available resources.
  • Utilizing guidelines to schedule physician procedures.
  • Effective communication within the hospital between units, departments, and external agencies.
  • Promoting good public relations between the hospital, patients, families, and visitors.
  • Providing respectful and dignified communication and information exchange.
  • Recognizing and responding to the need for continuous learning and personal development.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
