Business Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ZEE's Garage. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, planning and organizing daily operations, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Database Management
- Maintain and manage our digital database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Technology Skills
- Utilize Google Docs, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word to perform administrative tasks and maintain our database.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
