About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ZEE's Garage. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, planning and organizing daily operations, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Database Management
    • Maintain and manage our digital database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Technology Skills
    • Utilize Google Docs, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word to perform administrative tasks and maintain our database.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
