About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at All Business Solutions Inc. as an Office Coordinator. This is a permanent position working 35 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing meeting minutes, establishing office procedures, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, including data compilation, statistics, and other information.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting visitors, directing them to contacts or service areas, and ensuring a welcoming work environment.
  • Office Operations
    • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
    • Prepare and type correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve goals and objectives.
    • Participate in diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
