About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Jing Yi Glass and Mirror Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of our organization, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating with warehouse and production units.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate the flow of supplies, including scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management, including scheduling production runs and coordinating with production supervisors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and logs, including work orders and vehicle operator work records.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. Free parking is available on site. The work language is English.
