  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational logistics plans, optimizing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work Order Management: Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
  • Communication: Coordinate activities with other departments and teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a logistics or operations role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week
