We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Logistics Coordinator to join our team at EA Industries Limited. Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, and managing carrier relationships.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on shipping and receiving activities, analyzing trends and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a shipping or logistics role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Language: English language proficiency.
